We always recommend an odd number of pillows as it’s more pleasing to the eye. For a standard sized sofa, we recommend 3, of course if your sofa is larger, then go for 5. Also think about the texture used on the pillow. Having linen material pillows on a leather sofa works well, plus the pillows won’t slide off!
