When deciding on a colour of a room, there’s so many things to consider. Easy to do, but hard to decide. What’s the size of your room, what effect would you like? Is it welcoming, calming or dramatic?

Yes the wall is your main focus, but don’t forget about the trim also. It can add another dimension to your room and make the wall paint stand out even more.

Tradition has everyone painting their ceilings white, but times have changed. You can mix another colour with white, or have a sky blue for that relaxed feeling.

Using lighter colours in the smaller rooms of the house is a conventional idea, but try and add a dash of colour if possible? Maybe on the smaller wall, or on the trims.
